Today is market day in Saxmundham and at the George Farnham Gallery drinks and nibbles until 1pm for their Spring Mixed Show.

Steve and Sarah the patrons of Saxmundham's socialbar have been running the Laxfield Royal Oak since December last year.  There are new excellent chefs and tonight being the first Tuesday of the month it's the first monthly Open Mike Night ... feels like the Sweffling Jam Party has found a new home. ♫

Friday two shows in the Meerkat Hall Saxmundham Reflex Theatre are the revived Call Me John inspired by real East Anglian stories.  Their past and first ever production this is the final revival ... allegedly.

It's always longer than you think.  It's one year since Sax's socialbar opened and vinyl tomorrow night to help mark the birthday. ♫

Yesterday pleasantly busy in the George Farnham Gallery Saxmundham for the private view of Hilary Garner and Norma Read's show Light and Colour 26.  Across the road in the social bar Steve Peck took time from liaising about hosting an upcoming wedding to tell us they have taken over the Laxfield Royal Oak.
