So, when are you next playing in Saxmundham? Our mates (who live in the High Street, Sax) came to visit us and they were told about your gig in (I think) the White Hart. Anyway, they heard great reviews and were mightily miffed that they missed you.
You were being discussed over a beer or two in Thailand, and they're eager to see you lot perform in their locale.
This year or next? Do let us know.

Live at stowmarket next on June 15th, then back in Fram for the first time this year June 22nd.
we don't play the same venue too often because we think people get fed up. Some bands play will anywhere just to play, but even if we were desperate for a gig we wouldn't do that.
I am going to try and get back in the White Hart, we had a great crowd there and someone gave us £20 just to play one encore! Shame we don't get paid £20 a song normally, we could nearly retire the day jobs.
Still it covered the petrol for the ole Chelsea tractor.

So you turn good gig offers away do you? Would have thought playing the same venue on a 3-monthly basis would be perfectly acceptable.

Turned three down this past three days.
Made the three month error with the Pickerel. People don't want to see the same band too often FG.

Its no fun playing to a half empty pub I guess - I'm sure even the most hardened of O's fans can't make it to every gig. But if you do fewer gigs I suppose it maintains the novelty value - and keeps the numbers up.

That's always been the plan.

Well can't knock you for that - its a wise plan I guess. Do you guys enjoy doing function work?

Yeah, I do especially. Just secured a couple later in the year
