Thanks, Fish. As the 'snapper' in question I would love to take the credit. Unfortunately, here a snapper is a fish, which is confusing, because you're a fish and not me...

Start again, H...

Thanks, Fish. As the veritable Cartier-Bresson involved, I would love to take the credit, however I do feel that in this case it is the content that rocks, more than the bloke with the camera...

The girls have gone quiet so I'll try and wake them up.

GIRLS!!! WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN UP TO?

Bua's now in Bangkok, and trying to find a uni. to do a Master's Degree(she was down south before), and Bo is probably trying to wade through mountains of homework. But there's no excuse girls. Don't keep the lads waiting... :D

Long time, no speak on this particular thread, but I didn't want the beautiful girls' pics to disappear into cyber-space. Am I allowed to bump this up?

Said girls - aka Asian Outlaws - will have Henry teaching them next term. As we haven't seen them for a while I think that one of their term papers should be about a bunch of crazy guys filling pubs in the Eastern Region of England and/or a website Admistrator who wears T-shirts to provoke a reaction. OK,... let's just play some of the O's music in class and see who taps their toes. Like it or not boys, your pics are going to be screened in full colour (and quite large) on the classroom pull-down screen thingy.

Oh, in case anyone who employs us is reading this, and is worried about what we're exposing these lovely, students to; it's called a 'warmer', and it introduces them to a bit of Western culture. :)
Honest....

Thank you G. - you won't tell, will you?

I've just had a brilliant idea!

We have a new course next term called 'English Through Media' or something like that. One of the categories is songs. Yeah, we can play some CDs and have a bit of fun - but what about having a real, live, all singing and dancing band? The Outlaws. You can stay in our practice hotel rooms, as long as you don't throw the TVs out of the windows. You can eat all the rice and noodles you like, and it could be a lot of fun.

The only downside is that you'd have to sing each song very slowly (two times), so that the students can understand the words, and you may have to get some heavy duty handcuffs for AB. And perhaps bring along a few bouncers, just in case the girls get too excited - I'm sure you could find a volunteer or ten.

If you can't afford the airfare, perhaps you could hitch a ride.

Just let us know when you're coming and we'll air the rooms for you.

Asian tour, mmm yes please, problem with us is, once we get started you can't get us off!! As for the handcuffs, I'm sure H could borrow some from 'That Parlour' Did I hear he was thinking of starting up an international chain of these establishments? 'Rubs R Us'

Ah - now that you come to mention that parlour, it reminds me of something completely different. I'll come back to the parlour in a mo.

I think that Rinda mentioned somewhere here that the poor Asian outlaws have obviously sinned mightily at some time in their past, and their 'just retribution' is to have me teaching them Western culture this term. So far so good. No escapees out of windows, etc., yet. But me teaching culture is a bit like David Beckham teaching brain surgery. What exactly is it? This is where I need your help - nay, your permission.

Somebody explained British culture to me in two words the other day. Fish 'n' Chips. Bingo. Got it. How do I explain that? Use of photos always a good idea. Where do I get photo of Fish 'n' Chips? Then it came to me in a flash (trying to give that up). Elsewhere on this site is a pic of that B'stard, or at least his body double who was called something like Gertrude, holding some F 'n' C and actually looking happy. Perfect! So, Mr B, could I ask you to contact Gertrude, or whoever, and ask permission for me to use his image in public, in front of about a hundred and fifty gorgeous young ladies all in the best possible taste and in the interests of education? If he would prefer a personal appearance that would be no problem at all, apart from the worry of keeping the chips warm and not soggy during the flight.

Just as an experiment, I showed the photograph to the girls at the parlour, and you proabably heard the screams where you are. Oh, I thought, to be so famous...

Thanks to Mr. B., who kindly PMd me with his permission to use his body double's photograph (did you actually ask Gertrude?). I intend to use it in the next month or so, so you may hear the screams from Fram. I will obviously have to explain where such an adonis may be found, so prepare yourselves, please, for an onslaught of fan mail (and, yes, here especially, some fan male too), articles of clothing, etc.

Watch this space...

Hello peeps,

Don't want this thread to disappear into the the depths of cyberspace, never to be seen again, because there are some pretty (and possibly useful) lasses on here.

Anyway, Bua (her with the bananas, and magically transported to the Market Hill) came to stay with us the other weekend. She's even more beautiful, and single (no boyfriend at the moment), and she now works as a PA to a man called David Mclean who just happens to run a company called Riverman Promotions. We do sort of have contacts in some strange places so we'll keep plugging you guys here in the East. You never know, they might ask you over for a gig...

See you very soon and hugely looking forward to it.

Here she is:

And here she is again with some 'music promotion people'.

She scrubs up quite well when she has to put on the glam bit. :D

I think the bloke on the far right is her boss.
