Nah - he don't drink at Easton much - it's more my local to be honest. Don't think he's a regular at any pub really.

Yes he was at The Pickerel - as I said, he thought you sounded really good - they only got to see the latter part of your 2nd set though as they rolled in quite late I think.

And wots up wiv your spewlling today Mr B'stard? Its upoorling!!

She's not too clever with the grammar either, is she? Shouldn't she have said 'mastered'?

Poor girl, you can't blame her. What, exactly, do you ask her to take down?

...but will this government be in power long enough to make all those savings worth the effort? Mind you, in your evident position of political power, you should know!

The Crosskeys is made up of three rooms and the bands are put on in the dining room which is no smoking. When we were setting up I asked the landlord if he was going to take all the tables out and he said no because nobody would come in to this room if we didn't have tables. I asked where are the people going to dance then? He says "dance?, We haven't had any of that". I think next time he'll have a change of heart because the room was packed and there wasn't enough room on the floor for dancers, so they got up on the chairs and tables!
Bearing in mind we had to follow the critically acclaimed Mohawk into the Keys, this turned out to be an excellent night for us and the landlord then wanted to book us for Xmas and New Years eve, something we are considering.

So yep, an excellent night and good to see a lot of people travelling out to see us from Felixstowe, Debenham and Worlingworth. Thank you all very much.
