1901  The Royal Navy launched it's first submarine Holland 1

What usually happens at the Fram St John's Presentation Evening is it looks good because of the many uniforms, despite loads of certificates and medals to be presented Sally Butcher moves it along briskly, Lady Westbury (that's why it's the Westbury Centre) pays totally justified tribute to Sally for making it all happen and then cake is eaten ... and that's what happened last night.  More pics here.
