Where not *everyone* is barking!

13/12/05   Sibton White Horse Matt arriving

Rob got a pint of Batemans but NaTCH didn't, well actually he refused the end of the barrel ... well kept Adnams though.  Rob left early to see his son in the school play and Matt arrived to sell the landlord some Jolabrugg, collect three kegs and demolish a brie and bacon roll.   Conversation include Hugh's pre-Christmas lash, Ian Dury's third from last gig and the comforting fact that large ladies still bounce up and down during Landy hill climbs.  AfAR from David.  (First visit)

13/10/05   Charsfield Horseshoes  HERE

09/08/05   Campsea Ashe Dog and Dog

Certainly the bridge hasn't closed yet.

Select lunchers were NaTCH and The Brewer in a pub having a busy little old lunch time session, Terry had even employed a barman.  Excellent condition Adnams and The Brewer chose Woodfordes' Mardler.  Inevitably much conversation about pubs and beer and a late 60's TVR was spotted in the car park opposite.  (Last visit 11/03/03)

14/06/05   Earl Soham Vic

Lunchers were Spadge, NaTCH, Goddess Steph and Max, Kate, The Brewer, Matt not in a hat and Richard V with his two border terriers.  NaTCH's curry was built on substantial principles with two puppodoms, but a Sunday two weeks later only one puppodom and a rather measly portion.  Anyway amusement was garnered from Kate's misunderstanding as to quite why Spadge had gone outside and the enthusiastic and speedy way the border terriers dispatched Max's unwanted biscuits.  (Last visit 09/03/04)

12/04/05   Rumburgh Buck

One of the two bars at The Buck Despite closed roads, unpleasant noises from the brakes and not actually knowing where the pub is Goddess Steph, Max and NaTCH did make it, if rather late, for our fifth anniversary.  The barmaid told us Steph A Bit Posh To Be A Builder had been in earlier and someone with curly hair, a moustache and beard who was meeting someone had left.  Actually maybe he didn't have a moustache and beard.  Apologies if you were meeting us.  Adnams, the unimpressive Adnams Explorer, and Mauldon's Wherry available; Everard's Perfick actually drunk and enjoyed.  Conversation included doggy discussions with Pekinese owners at the next table and a new role for the Goddess in a black cocktail dress as The Greeter at The Station.  AfARs from Spadge (in Nottingham), David (work), and Richard (just back from the Frankfurt MusicMesse)  (First visit)

11/02/05   Ipswich Winter Beer Festival

Ipswich Winter Beer Festival The Brewer and NaTCH enjoyed Jolly Roger, were impressed by Somebody and Holbrook's Stowmarket Porter (recommended by the bar staff), NaTCH couldn't finish a brain numbing scrumpy, and neither got round to sampling the Jolabrug.  Not much conversation we just sat there and listened to Nigel.   (First visit)
